Within only.
Tv programs and movies in your package can watch anywhere.

And of course it does not work on JB devices. Since they found a work around on the latest iPad APP within 1 day, they may find a work around by tomorrow. Lunat1k stated that it is probably similar to the iPad and he will work on it tomorrow.

I would expect the same lineup as the ipad has for in-home streaming.

Pretty sure we won't see ESPN since they have their own watchESPN app, and Directv hasn't bought into that.

I cannot view shows or movies since 6.0 iOS update. I can still stream live channels in home.

iPhone app update.

You now can stream outside of home the same live channels that you can do the same with the iPad. Sorry don't have a list of these channels but I believe it's up to 4 or 5 channels.
