Yes, but it's just the delayed feed of Ion.

ION HD (really)

in the Portland, OR market last week our virtual ion station changed from 22 to 23 and was still the east feed then sometime this morning 23 became the west feed and 22 looks to be an HD Feed of our local ion station that launched hd yesterday ota and directv site seems to confirm this

Just to mention, I'm not sure why anyone cares. Now you can watch your infomercials on a 3 hour time shift!
