Anyone ever tried Invacom Quad Polar CP/LP LNBF? As it says in the manual,it suppose to receive both dishnetwork/directtv/fta satellites using circular and linear polarity outputs. I just got it in the mail and tried it. Somehow, I can't get ANY signal at all...
I tried dishnetwork satellite 61.5w, hooked up cable to "C" (circular polarity) output- nothing(no signal/bad signal message), same story when I switched cable to "L" (Linear polarity)-just to try. Dish have been aimed straight to 61.5(hooking up to original dishnetwork LNB I get 102% of signal and perfect picture). Switching to Invacom gives me "no signal/bad signal" message. I even tried to adjust dish positin a little bit, but nothing again. I even tried original dishnetwork receiver and orasat 5 FTA receiver. Result is the same: Invacom won't work at all on both receivers, original dishnetwork LNBF works perfect for 2 receivers. I don't use any switches, just straight cable from LNBF to receiver.
What's up with that? Anyone had any luck with Invacom quad polar? Please, help!
