I must say, windows 11 is fast. I tried it out when it was first released, real fast with edge or mozilla firefox, looks like chrome in edge, which looks like Mozilla..

What you'll have to watch out for, is forced updates and reboots from Microsoft. Since DVR's are expected to run 24/7/365, that can cause a reboot at the worst time, and maybe not record a timer you may have set. That's the biggest downfall of using Windows as the base software. I've heard there's a registry tweak you can make to stop the updates. Or perhaps you can find a way to set them to always happen at a time that shouldn't cause a conflict. I haven't upgraded to Win 11 as of yet myself.
