I spent the last 4 hrs on the phone with D* customer retention and long story short, ended up with 1 free mouth of total service. $130+ in free programing for their screw up and horrible customer service. I was ready to sell all my receivers and switch to comcast, that was all they needed to hear. I was told I could get some free programing to compensate, I said "OK one month free service will do". She thought for a min and said "OK".
So I will stay with D* for now.
