Installing today: some quick wiring questions

Yeah, wall fishing cables is listed under Ancillary Services now ($50, ea if I recall). Nice thing is this also includes fishing video cables. Depending on entry/exit points, distance, & interior wall workings (studs, pipes, electrical, etc), fishing can take a while.
2nd tech was needed most likely because the 1st guy hadn't completed the Dish Approved training for Ancillary Services.

My house has a crawl space underneath. Once I am ready to get a Hopper and Joey, would running the cable to the Joey under the house be considered an Ancillary Service and cost me $50?

Yes, they did use stuff like that today!
And also a lot of fishing rods, flexible drill bits, and many other tools, that I don't even know off.
