Quick Question.....

I have mounted and installed my dish 1000.2.

I ran one coax line from output 1 to the back of my dish 921 receiver (actually the dual tuner switch).

When searching for signal I get in the 120's for 119

When i go to get 110 or 129 i get a strong signal on transponder 13 and 23 respectively but it is red and the bottom reads wrong satellite 119 etc.

If it is on any other transponder i get no signal and i am not getting the 110 and 129 channels after doing a check switch. In fact 110 or 129 does not even register in the check switch page it only reads 119 OK

Any idea how I can correct this and get the 110 and 129 signals?

Thanks in Advance for the help.

You may be picking up 119 on the wrong lnb. If you are 8-10 degrees too far left, you pick up 119 on the 129 lnb and if you are 8-10 degrees too far right you pick up 119 on the 110 lnb.

Cover the two outboard lnb's with foil and see if you still see 119. If not, your azimuth is wrong. Uncover the outboard lnb's one at a time and it will tell you which way you need to move the dish.

Seems like you been a long time D*sh customer. You should just upgrade to a 722 and have the tech take care of the dish situation. Ask for the D*sh-n-Up Program
