Installing a Dish in the winter - no leaves?

I've had two Dish 500s for awhile now after initially getting installed with a 1000.2.
Starting with my 2nd summer with Dish I was getting quite a few dropouts on 129, due either to leaves or to low signal issues.

Now that Indy locals are coming soon, does it make sense to get a 1000.2 reinstalled at this time of the year, or should I stick it out until late April or May when the trees are all leafed out and then have them try?

If I had to wait till Summer to install Dishes I would be out of business.. A good installer can put a dish up which will work correctly when the leaves come to the trees.. I won't install something that is questionable unless the customer just has to have it.

I would go ahead and do it now. Just make sure the installer uses an inclination device.
