Installation Question

I own Dish 500 Quad LNB and installed it couple of weeks ago. However, when I scan 110 and 119, they both give me same set of channels. In addition, the signal strength/quality appears only when I select DiSeq #1 and #3. I assume, I am only getting one of the satellites. The question is how do I get the other one (I think I am getting signals from Echo 8.1).

Honestly it sounds to me like your trying FTA hacking on the 119/110. I see no reason why someone would want to watch Congratulations you have a dish 500 or the Nasa channel.
