Installation Problem

I bought a Phase III dish and a receiver (not sure what model) yesterday at Best Buy. I hooked everything up and went through the step-by-step "Setup" on the TV to align my satellite dish. I'm getting great reception on Sat B and Sat C, around 95...but absolutely nothing on Sat A. Therefore, I can't finish my setup b/c I get an error that says something about "Can't find satellite(s)." Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is that i might have an obstruction to Sat A but not to Sat B/Sat C. Is that possible?

you need to make sure that your az and elavation is correct it is very touche. Do you have tree or any other obstruction this could be problem also.

I do have a tree to the left of my satellite dish outside...how can I tell if its in the "line of sight?"

stand behind the dish and see if the tree is covering any part of your dish.
