Install happening right now

We've tried 2 hoppers and each one is taking forever to download software, step 3.

The tech seems to be at a loss for what the problem might be.. Any ideas?

It's going on 30 minutes for the download right now, and it says it shouldn't take more than 20

What is the status? It seems to take a while to update software. One of mine took over 20 minutes as well

I had my install today and everything went great.The Hopper took about 20 or so minutes to download.

I had a 2 h/3j install this morning, it took about 35/40 minutes to download for each hopper.
I have a few questions to post but time for dinner now.

Turns out my LNB for 119/110 was going bad. Tech decided to replace it, and bam, it downloaded with no problem! Loving my hopper!
