Whether or not you own the receivers after the first one, they all have fees:

Solo receiver is $7 per unit. (301/311/211/211k/411)
Solo DVR receiver is $7 receiver +$3 DVR. (510/612)
Duo receiver is $14 per unit. (322/222)
Duo DVR is $14 + $3 DVR. (622/722/722k)
922 is $20 plus $10 DVR.

I want to mirror from a Dishnetwork HD receiver. How do I do it? There is an existing coax connection but it is not connected at the main box. Can you describe the connections and splitters I will need? Please walk me through this. I am a complete novice. Thanks
