insert image not working

the insert image function in the new post area is not working right now.

You can't use URL's of images which have ? (question marks) in them.

when you put your pointer over the function it now says insert link instead of insert image. i've used this function many times and never had a problem before. it's the one with the two mountains right? http://www.satelliteguys.us/images/editor/createlink.gif
