Input button as swap tuner button

For the last several years I've been able to use the input button on the 54.0 voice remote to swap tuners on my Hopper 3. As of last night after getting a black screen trying to watch one of the new streaming channels, the glitch caused me to loose the swap feature. I Can not remember what settings on the remote I changed to enable this feature in the past. Any ideas?

That is what I thought I remembered, but when Limited Mode is off or on the the input button does not swap to a different tuner?

Not when it's on. That prevents functions like controlling the TV, other than the volume
