OK, but it's still a bad deal, for the consumer.

A Fortec receiver? you still have to get the card from Globecast, that's $75 + shipping.

I bought a used Globecast receiver + card for only $65. Granted, I was lucky because I bought it from a local guy.

The trick is, if you buy a used receiver, make sure it has the card in it. That's a $90-$100 difference.
