Here is a list of HD channels that DIRECTV will likely add this month, according to the company's Customer Service department:

(Note: This list is not official and could change by launch time. Also: When a HD channel has a high-def and standard-def signal, the HD channel will default when a high-def viewer tunes to it. For instance, CNN HD will show up when you turn on channel 202; the standard-def CNN will be at 202 as well, but will require a click down or up to watch it.)
