Indian made hoppers not as hot.

My old hopper was made in China. The replacement was made in India. I have had this on for over 2 hours, and it's not hot, at all.
 
Lol. Guess I'll be the first to take the topic seriously. I'll have to check the labels on my Hoppers next chance I get, and compare temps. Ambient temp could throw off my statistics for this thesis though.
 
Before shipping the bad hopper back, I took the cover off it and the replacement. Everything is the same inside to a T. The replacement had new software. I'm wondering if that has something to do with it?
