I have been watching some channel on G-19 in english.i like this satellite. Please let me know how to get indian pakistani channels on this satellite. Thanks

With all the channels on Galaxy 19 at 97W, I don't see any south Asian stations. I also haven't found any south Asian stations on any other FTA ku satellite either.

Added: According to http://www.global-cm.net/MPEGlistKuBandUS.html, Arman TV (12122 H 20000), Velayat US (12115 V 22425), and Imam Mahdi TV (12022 V 22000) has some Urdu language programming. For real south Asian programming, you'll probably need to subscribe through pay TV such as Dish in the U.S. or via Asian Television Network (http://www.asiantelevision.com/) available through Shaw or Bell in Canada.

I would think there are some on 97, but being an English speaker, I find I can't understand the information that I find, when I try to search the channel names on the internet. Several I was looking up tonight, only have the farsi or arabic language and symbols on their web page so I can't even figure out what country they're in. I suggest running a fresh blind scan on 97, then just scroll through the channels. If you speak the languages of Pakistan, you may very well find a channel or two that comes from there.

SES2 at 87W has the MTA channel available in Bangla and Urdu languages, but the content is Middle Eastern Muslim, not south Asian.
