Image Revision Problems in Sony GWIIs

If you own any of these two models:

KF-50XBR800/KF-60XBR800

and you are having ghosting problems that cannot be corrected with user menu revision, you may want to try the service menu and get rid of the ghosting. I own one of these beast and I was having thi issue and it was getting worse as the lamp kept burning hours. The only thing that solved it was to go to the service menu.

OK I have one of the 60 inch how do I get into the service menu?

I've got the 50 inch model. If you mean the pinkish ghosting line, it's really pissing me off! I went into the service menu, but got scared and exited, I don't know what that stuff means!
