If marvel controls spider man it would reboot and skip origin

Marvel Wants Spider-man… But Not Andrew Garfield http://www.rickey.org/marvel-andrew-garfield/274179/
Thanks to that massive Sony leak, we know there was talks about putting a deal on the table to finally (possibly eventually) have Spider-man join the rest of the Marvel Universe. And while Marvel was potentially down for the giant money-making agreement, they would have ultimately re-cast the series current Spider-man: Andrew Garfield. The deal in the making was a 60/40 split, with Sony handling the distribution rights and Marvel taking over creative control of the character.According to the Latino Review, if the deal were to go forward, it would be without Garfield and all the previous movies would be considered non-canonical.Furthermore, the first look at Spider-man would feature none of the romance or teenage subplot and instead jump right into Parker leading his double life as a photographer and a super hero.In essence, they would take over Peter Parker and give him a clean slate at the same time, but definitely not in the upcoming Civil War movie. We can’t say we hate this idea. Our spidey senses are tingling.
imo I agree they need to bring Spiderman into the the Movie Civil War ad The Avengers Movies!! :)

7 Ways Marvel Studios Could Reintroduce Spider-Man on the Big Screen.......We don’t know if the wallcrawler will join the MCU or not, but here are some ideas on how he could.
Fans have long hoped to see Spider-Man somehow join his brothers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Alas, this has been nothing more than a dream -- like that time Uncle Ben showed up again in Spider-Man 2! For competing studio Sony has the rights to Spidey’s cinematic adventures, while the Avengers and their ilk belong to Marvel Studios… and never the twain shall meet.Or so we all thought. But recent reports have revealed that Sony and Marvel have in fact had discussions about somehow sharing the wallcrawler, with Spider-Man possibly even making a cameo in Captain America: Civil War. The initial talks between the studios eventually ceased, but rumors indicate that the door may not be quite closed on such a deal. Will the two parties ever come to terms on Peter Parker and his alter ego? Who can say, but we can at least have some fun speculating about the possibilities that this raises. If Spider-Man were to cross-over to the Marvel movieverse, which Spidey would it be? How would it happen? How would he be utilized? Here are a few ideas…
