After official release of ICS source code by Google a month ago.
customized (skinned) ROMs from the main players are coming fast and furious

Samsung (will have the Mali-400 GPU driver)
Sony
Verizon (the day it went on sale).

If nothing else, there is better visibility in terms of source code availability with ICS.
