I want to buy a FTA system

Hi all I would like to buy a FTA system but would like some advice first. I live in southern Ontario Canada I'm looking into buying a channel hog receiver, now is it worth getting a FTA in my location? also is there a list of channels posted somewhere for my area?

I looked in the review section for a review on the Channel Hog but did not see one.

Thanks Jason, Seems this receiver is "mainly" used for hacking and as such I am closing this one. If anyone knows any valid reasons to open it back up feel free to PM me.
