He was making a sarcastic comment about my thread about being frustrated about times when I try to merge into a lane, then the car in that lane speeds up in the Chit Chat section. Like I stated, I haven't posted in that thread in several days since I moved on.

It is not going to do any good. Local stations do not have any control on what comes down from Corporate. They do not even have the power to choose the local diginets. What Corporate says in this day goes. Local Tegna stations are in the middle of this fight. I am sure they would love to have some agreement. That is what you have when generally all TV stations are owned by Billion dollar Corps. The only thing that will change the status quo is when losing the millions of subs "really" start hurting them in the pocketbook. Many people that want their Tegna station have either gone to OTA or switched carriers.

It will just clog up the newsroom lines.

It will waste the news crew's time. Maybe this is the intent, like Tegna wasting viewers time. World does better when people do the right thing the first time. When they don't chaos ensues.

How does it help? It's news that the viewers are dissatisfied and maybe the news should go do an honest analysis of the situation. Or not.

You can call DISH if you want, and people do. If DISH did something to screw its customers I'd call. I have, And I quit DISH because of it. DISH pulled the RSNs. That won't work for me. I told them that, and then followed through.

"It's not personal, it's business". And you miss my point. Complaining to the front level Dish CSR's will get you no where. Complaining to anyone at a local affiliate will get you no where. If you want to beat your head against a wall, feel free.

Actually, PP said Tegna isn't answering. Pretty sure local channels will answer the phones. I have no issues with complaining. But *I'm* going to complain where it's actually going to matter. If you want to yell at clouds, feel free.
