i thought if you upgrade from the welcome to flex they wouldnt charge a fee?

well it looks like i am being charged 5 bucks for changing from the kids pack to the latino pack and they charge 5 dollar program fee.
i thought if you upgrade from the welcome to flex they wouldnt charge a fee?

the thing is i am going to add latino pack again.
but be aware it seems latino bonus pack if removed will give you a 5 dollar removal fee. i was under the impression that if you remove and add anything with flex pack via the packages you dont pay the fee. and bonus pack is added under the add ons for flex pack.

While there are package that do not qualify for the exception the Latino Bonus.

because i want it back. for sirius radio and rt. i like accuradio for online. but i just like siruius. and maybe that disney xd and justice channel. and they have pursuit.
what i am saying this is a great deal for 10 bucks.
