I need help

Okay we have a vs 2000 ultra digital satellite reciever and we just ordered a Fortec Star Stationary Satellite System but it says to set the default as 19- 97w (aka IA- 5) but we don't have that what should we do i was chatting with someone and she said that 97w has been renamed a lot of names and we tryed the channels she said and it still doesn't work what else can we do?
