I Need Help with Installation H20 + D12 with 5LNB

Hello,
I have a 5LNB and 2 Receivers, one H20, working fine, when I connect the D12 (not HD) it works too, but only for few minutes, then I start receiveng an error message on the H20 (Multiswitch Malfunction), I have a ZinWell WB68 Multiswitch.
I have the BBC SUP-2400 in the H20 but not on the D12, I thougth may be I should use another BBC SUP-2400 also in the D12, does anyone knows if this is the case?

BBC are needed only on MPEG4 HD receivers. IF you only have 2 receivers you don't need a WB68 so by pass it and connect each receiver directly to the Slimline.
