Is it possible your cable HD channels are on the same frequencies as some of your satellite channels? I know you can't diplex UHF OTA with 5 LNB HD signals if you have the H(R)20/21 due to interference issues. If you combine the signals together you are getting destructive interference on the one coax. Plus, what frequency range are your diplexers rated to? 40 MHz - 2 or 2.6 GHz is recommended.
