i need help on something

i cannot get my hopper with sling connected to the internet when i go to setting it says router not detected and i get a moca connection type i need internal wifi for my hopper to connect to the internet what should i do to get this fixed thanks

Have you tried a Router power on/off cycle?

Where you see the moca connection type, is that near the top left of the screen, in red? If so, press the red hot button on your remote and then select wireless

Unplug your hopper and then wait a minute and then plug it back in . Also reboot your router too. Then try to connect to the internet.
