what does plumb mean?
because i have the mount perfect level.and same the with the pole. just check them today!!
i enter the L O F , enter that info into the receiver.
? will the singal get though if the cable is in the way of the dish???
because when i adjust the skew , o being with the plug up, the cable is alittle in the way o the dish.

still trying! i sure hope i can get t5 or galaxy 10r .the main reason i bought this 31" winguard dish and pansat2500a receiver, was to get some thing ree to watch!
mainy the only channel 1 get here in this old valley is channel 3 pbs.and even that does not come in clear.
so far i put $202.00 usa cash into this, and have got nothing out of this fta!

As your due south sat .
Set the menue in the receiver to transponder 11742 or 11742000 frequency . Vertical polarity , Symbol Rate of 11110 or 11110000 , power on . Look at the label on the LNBF to see the L O F , enter that info into the receiver . Skew will be very close to zero . Dish will point to within 1.2 degrees of due south ( true ) or 11.1 degrees from magnetic south . Elevation 41.7 degrees . The mounting pipe MUST be plumb , both directions for these numbers to work .
Now scan that transponder / frequency & hopefully you will find
