First I using a P* dish and all all was fine.
Then around feb they went to 87W C band.

First I tried the 8' and that not enought
So I found a 10' and that did not cut it. So that was pointed to 125W to get antenna TV for a local low power station i am helping out.
Now it was time to point the 12' solid. That got it.

Took at 12 foot huh. Glad to hear you got it!

I am guessing the low power TV station has the rights and the receiver to decode it.

Ya we have the rights and the receiver from Antenna TV.
The dish without the LNB is the 8'
I was using the c band Titanium PLL LNB on both the 8' and 10' to tune in 87W BUT it did not work. Is working fine on the 10' to get 125 W

An update. I am now able to get RTV using a 7.5' dish and it appears to be stable. They must of uped there signal.

I have a 6' dish pointed at 87W since last summer and the Luken channels come in perfectly. I read that work was done on the uplink hardware to improve the signal and was apparently a success. Previously I had to run my 10' dish over to 87W.
