My local NBC affiliate (WVIT 30) is an embarrassment to HD in my opinion. It is so pixelated and slow to update fast motion that even the slightest movement makes the screen look like a last-gen DIVX movie. Who exactly can I talk to or who should I direct my complaint to at this affiliate? Do I just send them an email or is there an actual person I can ask for who can give me an answer? I don't want to reach out when I don't know who I'm supposed to talk to.
I'm sure some people here have had some experience with dealing with local affiliates. Any suggestions would be appreciated.. I wish I could show examples of the horrid picture I'm getting.. but I think anyone else in CT will back up my statements here.
