I am a Newb - Help with favorites

I would like to set up favorites.
I have the premier package with the HD channels
I have two H20 and one HR20

There are so many channels I am having a hard time finding stuff.

What is the best way to organize favorites on the H20?
Is there a way to hide the channels with no sub, why are those channels in the guide if I do not have subs to them?
Is there a way to disable channels I do not want in the guide, maybe that is what favorites are for.
I see all channels count is 611

Then it must be a clunky feature because it did not answer my concerns that is why I posted the questions

You can “delete” the channels that you don’t want but you can’t organize them.

How do I delete the East/West Networks that have no sub from the HDTV Channels filter in the guide?

Menu, favorites, edit favorites, un-check the ones you don’t want, then set current. Something like that.
