HWS issues

for the past several weeks, both of my hws have done the following:

when watching a program & selecting the information button, then the cast tab, the hws will show a message in the bottom right corner - refreshing. The screen then goes blank & then the program returns

Anyone else having this issue. on version 714

Are both Hoppers on U714?? I'd update them first to U715 and see what happens

Mine has done the same thing. I thought the updates automatically installed. Not home right now to see what version I have.

They usually do automatically install, when your turn comes.

Just got home and I have U714. Did the manual update, took about 20 minutes, and still at U714. Guess it's not my turn yet

The manual update usually takes longer than 20 minutes. Here are the sequence of events I made for my Hopper 3. I think the HWS is about the same. Try again.

Be absolutely sure that you have all receivers (Hoppers, Joeys) in standby and that you have no recordings set for the next couple of hours....

How do I make sure my wireless joey is updated as well?

Just leave it in standby and it'll download as the Hoppers are updating

I just noticed I received update U716 last night. Anyone know of any changes? I can't seem to find any difference from U715.
