Hughes HDVR2 vs. Phillips DSR-7000D???

Hi,
I am interested in getting Directv with Tivo and see these 2 units offered in and around the ‘net at pretty good prices (Hughes HDVR2 and Phillips DSR-7000D). Are there any substantial differences between these 2 units? How about reliability? Is one “better” than the other?

They are the same units from the same factory
