HSI and TV 2 feed on same coax outlet?

Is it possible to use the same wall outlet for high speed internet as well as backfeed tv 2 to my second tv? I have heard that if I reverse a one way tap at outlet and home run, the same cable will carry both signals. Is this true?

Experimented and came up with my own answer: It doesn't work. Maybe it used to in 2005 but doesn't in 2011. Beleive me I know as I spent a good part of the day trying. There may be a fancy smancy expensive way with some kind of high end combiner/seperator but certainly doesn't work with a couple reversed splitters. NEXT.....
