HR44 Remote Issue

I finally have a HR44 receiver! I previously posted that I was promised a HR44 to replace my HR34 when I moved. Well, I have moved and I have a HR44 receiver. The remote isn't as annoying as I thought it would be. However, a few minutes ago, it just stopped controlling my Directv receiver. It still operates my TV and volume on my Denon receiver, but nothing on the Directv receiver. I am able to operate my HR44 with my old "normal" Directv remote in IR mode. The HR44 remote was in RF mode for the receiver, the installer installed it that way.

Any tips to make it work again?

I'm assuming RC71 or 72? Hold mute+enter for a couple seconds. The receiver should display "Applying IR/RF setup" and it should be configured in RF mode again. Couldn't explain what caused it to disconnect.
