You would think by now I would know to leave what is working alone but..............

I purchased an HR44 to replace my HR34 and I am having issues with loosing my wireless connection

Wired is not an option due to the location, so my question is what about the wireless CCK ?

Or would I be better off with a Netgear wireless bridge ?

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

the hr44 will not configure the CCK-W, so unless you have a non-genie reciever to use to set it up, you'd have to hope it would connect via WPS button.

Or you can hop in to its web interface and do it manually. But unless the OP changed networks and passwords it should be already configured. Also the HR44 has built in wifi. But reports have said that the CCK-W works better than the one built in.

I'm liking the service so far but..

Is it possible to connect 2 TV's to the Genie DVR?
