HR44 / AM21 Number of Tuners

Does the AM21 reserve two of the tuners in the HR44? I'm not sure of the number of tuners available for satellite vs. off-air.

It's a total of 5 tuners, doesn't matter if satellite or AM21, only 5 can be used at one time.

and a max of two of those can be from the off air.
