ok i am using my h25-500 b4 downlaodjng the ce i was able to tune to the HD 1080p hd movies in the cinama area but today flipping thru the channels i am getting an error that the tv does not support the programs content protection. i tried changing out the hdmi cables and that did not work and there is no compnant output for the h25 the tv supports up to 1080p/60 i sent the diagonistcs but forgot to grab the number i will send a new one in an hr and post it here

the report number is 20110924-f28 and the tv brand is Phillips i havent had this issue prior to the upgrade im hoping this is a BUG not my tv its not even a year old

Problem with Program Descriptions in List

I've had the HDGUI on my r22-100 w/HD since Friday night but I just noticed today that when I am scrolling down in my playlist the program description often seems to get stuck on the first program. I'll move down to another program and it will be highlighted but the program name and description will not change. It seems like it occurs more often when browsing within a folder of episodes. I have to then exit and re-enter the playlist to get it to work correctly. Anyone else experience this? I did send a diagnostic report to DirecTV and cleared my nvram/flash memory but it still occurs.

im just sending a diag report to dtv no issues exept the gui went white after playing with the vod and you have to go to the vod in the main menu not in the guide 2011092621f

You could try a reboot and see if that helps.

I think I have a bug with my HR24. When I go into misc. options and change playlist sort and change it to Title (A - Z) it shorts it like it's set. When I reboot the receiver it goes back to default.

That's what I'm trying to do. Either I don't know how or it's not saving it.
