Is it available yet? How do I force update to it? Does it also improve responsiveness/speed? I have noticed that my H20 is much speedier than my HR22. Not to mention the D12 blows them both away.

It is being released in a staggered release. There is no way to force it, you will get it when its your receivers time.

The rumor I am hearing is the next CE round will include some nice speed improvements. If they have that and move to a HD GUI they could have a great product.
