HR24 Internet connection

Hello, everyone, I have a system with an HR-44, a C-31, and two HR-24's. The system is connected to the internet wirelessly through the HR-44. My problem is that one of the HR-24's is connected to the internet and the other one isn't. I have tried the red button reset on the one that isn't. I have also tried to go through the steps to connect it but it just shows that it should have a cinema connection kit. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to connect?

Has it been connected to the internet before ?
Do you have a Cinema Connection in the system currently ?
