HR24 Choppy Video / No video streaming

Wondering if anyone out there could help out. I have a HR24 DVR and just got the DECA ethernet installed. So it is all hardwired in... When I go to my PC, I can see my MP11 and Tversity. MP11 and TVersity show that there is a file, but then says that it cannot play the content, or that file format (It works on my PS3). I also installed ORB. It sees that and CAN play that content, but teh video is super choppy.

My questions:
1) What is the best media player to stream to HR24?
2) If it is Tversity, does anyone know the right setting or have a profile for the HR24 that I could use?
