HR23 won't find signal

I have a HR21 HD DVR with a slimline 5 Lnb dish that works fine. when I tried a newer HR 23 HR DVR all I get is a 771 searching for signal. Any Idea's

Sure! Have you checked all of the cables and connections? Have you gone through the satellite setup with the correct dish? Have you tried switching the dvrs?
