HR21 Pixelation since 0290 Update

I have a HR21 receiver, single tuner, multi-switch, that continues to have sporadic pixelation on all channels, it is totally annoying.

The signal strength is strong on all transponders.
I have realigned the dish, with a meter.

The problem follows the receiver, that is when I take it to another room it still happens, when I bring a different receiver into the problem room, it does not have an issue.

So, concluding that the issue is either the receiver or the software upgrade.

Anyone else experience same ?

Thoughts on if this is software or hardware ?

Since the upgrade, I've had it on both our receivers. And the weather was not bad.
