I am new to this forum, but I hope somebody can help me. I have searched and searched, but haven't found anybody that has the same problem...
I just bought/installed an HR21-200, I know it's not the latest and greatest, but it's what I got. I have HD programming and DVR setup, but I cannot get the dual recording or record/live tv to work properly. If I select record on a currently playing show, then try to watch another show live, I get a recording conflict error that pops up. It's almost like the receiver isn't switching to the second tuner. I have tried several different methods to make this work, but to no avail. I have two coax connections from the dish to the receiver and the B-band converters installed. I also ran the system check and both tuners are being recognized by the receiver(~90% is showing).
I'm going crazy trying to figure it out. Any help is appreciated.
