HR21 - 1 tuner flaked out

I'm not sure if this is a CE issue or just a common glitch but I lost the ability to tune to every other channel yesterday. I just got a gray screen. Sort of like the one some people complain about with failed recordings. A quick power off/on fixed the issue.

From what I've read here about how the dual tuner works i figured one of them must have just been having issues.

So is this an occasional HR21 glitch or could it be CE related?

Did you try rebooting from the menu or red button before pulling the power?

It could be CE releated, or could be an isolated incident, no way to really know unless it is recurring and goes away when you go to the old software.

No I just did a normal power off with the remote. I didn't need to reset.
