I still haven't received the update yet. In Savannah, GA and am still on 0x45a on both DVRs; this seems like the longest I've seen between the announcement of an update and when I actually received it.

I'm all for continued updating/development of the software, however, I don't agree with the sudden change in functionality (and subsequent aggravation to the user with commonly used fuctionality). As noted before, the Yellow Button was set to give immediate access to the CC options (off, DirecTV subtitles, CC On). This allowed the user to enable/disable CC in 2-3 button presses. Now - with the updated menu bar - it takes 5-6 button presses... Why the change? Especially considering that the Yellow Button and Info button go to the same function? Why not set the Yellow button to pop-up the menu bar with the "CC" menu as default, and if the user selects "Info" - then it shows the menu with "Info" selected? That, or give an option to have a user-selectable capability so that it can be overridden back to the original functionality if the user so chooses?
