I'm sure there's a simple explanation for this, but I'm not technically savvy enough to know what it is. I don't have a line running to the 2nd input, but when I run a signal strength test, I'm seeing values on the even transponders on 99c and 103Cb for tuner 2. I don't see values for any other sat. Can someone let me know what I'm sure is the simple explanation for this.

A little background - I've been having the problem with all transponder values at 0 for 99c and all even transponders at 0 for 103 Cb. I've rerun lines from lnb to multiswitch (not a SWiM lnb/switch) and new lines from wallplate to inputs. I've done several iterations of swapping input lines to the B-Band Converters and the inputs the converters are connected too. I've isolated the problem to a single B-Band converter (no matter what line or input that converter is connected to, the tuner gets complete LoS). I'm running the single input so that I can get all my HD channels (b/c if the other input is connected I get the 771 msg). Just don't understand why with Input 2 unused, I'm getting some transponder values for Tuner 2, but only on 99c and 103Cb which are my problem transponders with the bad b-band converter). Any insight would be appreciated.

BTW...not having any problems with any tuners/transponders on my HR20-100.

Well, until your last comment, I was going to say to try changing the LNB, but if everything is getting good signals on your HR20-100, I 'm thinking it may not be, however it could still be a LNB going bad....

I would try moving your recvr your having issues with to the location of the HR20-100 and hook it up and see what type of numbers your getting.
