HR20-700 Pixilation Issue

I have begun to see pixilation issues on my HR20-700 on channels from the 200's thru the 300's...it occurs on both the SD and HD channels. I have 2 H21s and a HR20-100 and these are not having an issue...

What could be causing this issue on one receive and not the other 3? Since three are good, I believe my antenna is fine...

Try unplugging the box for a few seconds to give it a hard reboot and see what happens. If you still get pixilation check the signal strength and make sure the box is configured to the dish or dishes you have outside....

Thanks for the suggestion...

I've done the following:

1. Hard reboot with card removal...
2. Meter check on the 99c...all readings on both tuners in the 80s-90s...
3. Replaced the B Band Converters on both lines in...

Still gross pixilation on most 200 - 300 channels...now even some in the 500s.
