hr 20 dvr constant reset

have a new hr20 dual tuner dvr. signal on 103 101 110 and 119 are all 85+ on both tuners. however if you leave the receiver for several hours and then look for a picture, every other hd channel is looking for satellite. signal meter shows only tuner 2 has signal. after reset every thing is ok again. any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

I had the same problem 2 receivers latter it seems to be ok. Call Dtv and get a new one. It was not easy, but after several calls they sent me one, twice now.
